Single family homes dominate in the neighborhoods, augmented by six-flats and townhome complexes.
A Tax Increment Financing district encourages new development and business development is taking place in the village’s Tollview Industrial Park. Transportation is readily available. The Stevenson Expressway is only a few minutes northwest and I-294 is just to its south.
