The City of St. Charles, in Kane County, is located approximately 36 miles west of downtown Chicago and two hours south of Milwaukee. It is the northernmost town of the area known as the Tri-Cities of the Fox Valley, which also include Batavia and Geneva. All three are situated alongside the beautiful Fox River.

Whether for business or pleasure, you’re never far from convenient transportation by land or air. US Routes 20 and 30, and State Routes 64, 38, 31 and 25 serve commuters and drivers coming into and out of St. Charles; Route 64 runs east-west through the center of the city. Interstate highways I-88 and I-90 are easily and quickly accessible from St. Charles. Once a recreational airfield, the DuPage Airport in West Chicago, just a few minutes drive from St. Charles between Routes 38 and 64, is today a thriving corporate airport that generates $231 million a year for the local economy by bringing 20,000 people per month through its facilities. More than 215,000 aircraft land and take off from DuPage Airport each year; in the past year, jet traffic has increased by 50 percent. With the longest runway in the region (6,700 feet), outside of O’Hare, DuPage is ideally designed to serve as the Chicago region’s premier business airport well into the 21st century. The on-field U.S. Customs office and first class pilot lounges, weather room and restaurant provide the corporate traveler a comfortable yet business-like setting.

O’Hare International Airport in Chicago is a 50-minute drive from St. Charles, Midway Airport about an hour. The Metra commuter rail station is 10 minutes from the City Center, with a full, seven-day-a-week schedule of local and express trains taking passengers to and from Chicago’s downtown Loop shopping and business districts and the shores of Lake Michigan.
